The School-Based Health Center (SBHC) is a collaboration between Mountain Community Health and MAUSD schools.
Nurse practitioners and physicians from Mountain Community Health will be onsite at Mt. Abe on Fridays to provide routine and urgent care to students and staff. Visits will be conducted in the Mt. Abe Health Office and can be scheduled through the school nurses. Students and staff who are not Mountain Community Health patients can also be seen through the SBHC and do not need to change their primary care provider.
